Bookings

If you would like to book in for a consultation or a service, please do by using our booking link. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone number, email or instagram direct message.

Making A Booking

Fresha is our online booking system that is the top-rated destination for beauty and wellness with over 600 million bookings made through the system since they launched their booking platform. For all online bookings, and bookings made over the phone, we use Fresha to collect your details and confirm your booking.

Confirming Your Booking

To confirm your booking, we require your card details, but please note that your card will not be charged at this time. This is just to reserve your appointment and ensure that the time slot is locked in for your use only. Payment for your treatment will be made in full on the day of your appointment. We do not have access to your full card details, and Fresha will only save the details for the confirmed session. For any future bookings, you will need to confirm your card details again. As a requirement for all first-time bookings, we ask that you complete a client intake form to the best of your ability. Your details will be securely stored in our system. The form is mandatory and needs to be filled out prior to your appointment to view treatment suitability. Please keep this in mind before arriving to your appointment. We may need to reschedule your booking if forms aren’t filled out prior.

Can't Make It To Your Appointment?

Your appointment is important to us and strive to ensure that we see you at your allocated time, without any delays. We do understand that sometimes there are unpredictable delays or things may come up. We give all of our clients a generous 48 hours to reschedule or to cancel your appointment. To avoid disappointment, we suggest looking at your travel time on your maps before arrival, plan ahead, and aim to get to the salon at least 5 – 10 min before your allocated appointment time.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you are unable to make it to your appointment for whatever reason, and need to reschedule after the 48 hour time frame, please note respectfully that there will be a 50% fee applied and charged. In the event of an emergency, please contact us on the salon phone as soon as possible and you will be able to discuss further options with your therapist. If you cannot reach us, please email or text us as we may be busy completing a treatment. Same day cancellations will be charged the 100% fee. This also applies to prepaid packages.

No Shows

There is zero tolerance for no shows and the full fee for the service will apply if there is no attempt to contact the salon prior to your appointment.

Lateness

Please notify the salon as soon as you find out that you are running late, anything after 15 mins automatically applies as a no show and the full fee will apply otherwise depending on circumstances, we may be able to fit in what we can if it doesn’t impact our following appointments or go past our closing hours.

Packages & Memberships

Our lateness, rescheduling and cancellation policy still stands when coming in for prepaid services. Fees still apply for late rescheduling, cancellations and no shows. All prepaid packages and credits are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable. Packages and credits on your file have an expiry date. If your package has expired we are unable to extend the expiry date.

Refunds & Exchanges

All payments made are strictly non refundable including transferred deposits. All payments made for any products including the Dr. Spiller range are not refundable, but are exchangeable if the product is sealed and in its original packaging within 7 days of the initial purchase.

Gift Vouchers

Vouchers cannot be swapped or transferred to another person and are not redeemable for cash. All gift vouchers have a use by date from the date of purchase with a minimum spend of $100 dollars.

Medical Conditions & Concerns

Keep in mind that we want to get to know you! Do not be embarrassed or shy if you have any underlying health issues or medical conditions. We need to know which treatment would suit you best! If you are taking medicine, undergoing any treatments, pregnant, or are currently undergoing chemotherapy, we encourage you to obtain a doctors certificate if you wish to go through with any of our treatments.

Health & Hygiene

We request all clients doing any facials to be bare skinned to the salon and remove any make-up so we can have a good look at your skin and be able to diagnose any skin conditions or concerns efficiently.
Clients are advised if undergoing Laser Hair Removal, to arrive at the salon clean shaven to your treatment as it is vital to achieve optimum results. Also come freshly showered, and remove any make up, fake tan or perfumes. Shaving fee applies to clients if this policy is not adhered to.

Minimum Age

Consent from a parent/guardian is required for people under the age of 18.

Rude or Agressive Behaviour to our staff.

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and safe environment. Any form of disrespect or aggressive behavior is strictly prohibited. Every individual deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. If any of our staff members feel intimidated or threatened, we reserve the right to terminate all services and relationships with the client involved. Consequently, any ongoing treatments or packages will be forfeited. Furthermore, the client will be permanently blocked from scheduling any future appointments at our salon.
